RETURN POLICY

Every one of our goods is freshly crafted to order especially for you. Please make thoughtful product selections before placing your order, we beg you. 

Within 30 days of the purchase date, we will gladly accept product returns if you are not pleased with your purchase. A store credit less the cost of shipping will be granted. 

 

How to handle a return:

  1. To have your return handled, please send an email to customerservice@welovemeraq.com.
  2. As a reference, kindly include your full name and order number.  
  3. After a product is returned, a store credit for the product’s purchase price minus any shipping and handling charges will be given. 
  4. All return shipping costs and fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

This return policy is solely applicable to purchases made at welovemeraq.com. and does not apply to items that are limited edition. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Policy for Standard Shipping (Domestic Orders) 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your purchase to be processed due to the handmade nature of our goods. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing if you ordered during a sale, promotion, or the launch of a new product owing to the volume of orders. An email update will be sent if further time is required.

As soon as your order has been processed, you will get an email with tracking information. For shipments to the United States, orders normally arrive in 2-4 business days. 

Based on the current shipping costs of the carriers, shipping charges are subject to change. 

Worldwide Shipping

Yes, we do ship globally right now.

International Customs & fees:

Any tariffs or taxes that may be due are the responsibility of the buyer. We don’t compute or take money from you for taxes or duties.

Checking and adhering to local and national laws, regulations, and policies in the receiving country is the buyer’s obligation. The buyer is responsible for finding out what possible duties or tariffs will be at the time of delivery as well as whether the Customs Department will allow the shipment of our products to your country.

Please be aware that if the package is refused by customs or by you because of rules, taxes, or levies, we cannot refund the shipping costs. We are unable to give a refund if the shipment is detained by customs for any reason and is not delivered back to us.

Wrong or Incorrect Orders:

The correct mailing address must be provided by the buyer. If we are not alerted through email before fulfilment, we cannot change the address. So please double-check that the address you supplied is accurate (including the flat and suite numbers).

Before submitting your order, please double-check that your address is accurate. If the erroneous address is provided for delivery, we are not liable. Before your product is dispatched, you can email customerservice@welovemeraq.com with the right shipping address if you chance to realise you put the wrong address.

You will be required to pay the current shipping price to have your order re-shipped if it is returned for any reason and you would want it to. 

Returned Packages: 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the redelivery costs (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates) if a package is returned to Meraq Limited due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the customer was not home for delivery.

No refunds will be given if any sections of the address are inaccurate, and Meraq is not responsible for products sent improperly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a client.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Packages with a confirmed delivery to the address provided for an order are not the responsibility of Meraq Limited. For the customer’s convenience Meraq Limited will confirm delivery to the specified address, the date of delivery, the status of the package, and the shipping company. It is the buyer’s duty to make a report of any missing or stolen packages. 

Damaged & Incorrect Orders:

Please send us an email at customerservice@welovemeraq.com within 72 hours if you believe you have received the incorrect item, a missing item from your delivery, or a damaged item. We will attempt to address the situation after it has been verified. We might need pictures for our records. 

Out of Stock Items:

We work hard to keep all of our products in stock.  Some of our products might be currently out of stock due to the great demand for them. If this circumstance arises, we will take all required actions to notify you as soon as possible. If just a portion of your order can be dispatched, we will let you know, ship the items that are in stock and place the remaining portion of your order on backorder to be shipped as soon as possible without charging you any additional shipping fees.
